Well It was privately purchased in _____ and we have been allowed to use it under the understanding that funds will be raised and nominal rent paid. we share the land at the moment with KIKI's Farm which is set to be a working homestead/farmstead.
So far we have measure the 9.5 acres and have baselining (checking what flora fauna etc is present and erecting some form of boundaries ASAP as between the new development which will have an undeniable impact on our conservation project there is also the challenge of establishing a prescence that is respected as the boundary has already been interfered with on 2 parcels of land and a theft of some property.
We have hired a Security Lead (Mr Addison) and put out an advert for an onsite caretaker....
